Group Training
The purpose of this course is to introduce the sport and develop a child's interest in badminton. Whether you are a new player or returning after a long break, this class is perfect for you! Here, you will learn the basic fundamentals including: technique, footwork, rules, and general game strategy needed to play well.​
The class is divided into two sections. First, a 30 minute general physical/conditioning section. Students will warm-up, perform endurance and strength exercises, and focus on flexibility and stability. The second section is 1 hour and 30 minutes and consists of basic strokes - proper grip, swinging, racket contact point, as well as how to serve and return.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance before the scheduled class in order to reschedule.
