Group Training

The purpose of this course is to introduce the sport and develop a child's interest in badminton. Whether you are a new player or returning after a long break, this class if perfect for you! Here, you will learn the basic fundaments, technique, footwork, rules, and general game strategy in order to play badminton.

 

The class is divided into two sections. First, a 30 minute general physical/conditioning section. Students will warm-up, perform endurance and strength exercises, and focus on flexibility and stability. The second section is 1 hour and 30 minutes and consists of basic strokes - proper grip, swinging, racket contact point, as well as how to serve and return.

Refund Policy

​Should you need to withdraw before the end of the training semester, please consult the important dates below:

  • Withdraw before March 23, 100% refund

  • Withdraw before April 15, 50% refund

  • Withdraw after April 29, non-refundable
