WINTER JUNIOR TRAINING PROGRAM: PRETEAM
PreTeam is the training program we designed for our junior players whose primary sport is badminton or those who want to become a top-ranking junior national player in a year or 2. We encourage these students to train a minimum of 3 to 5 days a week. The training program is designed for intermediate skill levels alike, these programs run year-round. The program can be also be used for students to improve their national ranking. We offer 3 months evaluations for students desiring to move from classes to their first competitive experience at the PreTeam level. See the comparison chart below between PreTeam and Regular training.
We will closed our facility between 4 to 7 pm during weekdays and 8 am to 1 pm on weekend to public to reserve the gym for training purpose only. We only allow up to 6 trainees per session for each session. Each day, our staff will take the temperature of everyone who enters the gym with an infrared touch-less thermometer. Please note that anyone with a temperature >100˚F will be turned away for safety measures so parents do not leave immediately after dropping your child(ren) off until they have been checked.
