FALL JUNIOR TRAINING PROGRAM: GAME DAY
We are reserve our gym for Game Day every Tuesday for PreTeam and every Thursday to all levels from 4 - 6 pm. The purpose of the game days are let trainees have the opportunity to apply what they have been learned from the training and apply their skills during the matches.
BADMINTON FOUR BASIC CYCLE MOVEMENT
Emphasize on basic footwork and have a good recovery (back to neutral position) right after hit the birdie.
You should place every shot to a spot where it should be far from opponent. Good placement is more important than good quality shots.
Every shots being delivered to opponent side should be aggressive in order to give limied time for them to return the shot back. Aggressive shot is not only smashing, fast clear, lift, and lifting is part of aggressive shot.
If every shot you make does not goes according to your wish, definitely adjustment needed by lowering down the quality shot demand and get the birdie over the net with decent shot.
