Level 1 - 4 Junior Group Training

The purpose of this course is to introduce the sport and develop a child's interest in badminton. If you are new a player, this class is perfect for you! Here, you will learn the basic fundamentals of technique and footwork, rules, and the general game strategy.

Fall Level 1-4 training schedules:

  • Tuesday: 4:30pm to 6:30pm

  • Thursday: 4:30pm to 6:30pm

  • Friday: 7pm to 9pm

  • Saturday: 5pm to 7pm

    • Game day: 7pm to 9pm (invitation only)​

  • Sunday: 11am to 1pm

Level 1 - 4 training packages:

  1. Once a week, total of 15 sessions. Sign up now!

  2. Train twice a week, total of 30 sessions. Sign up now!

  3. Train 3 times a week, total of 45 session. Sign up now!

No training for Level 1 - 4 on the following dates:

Training program

  • 4:30pm - 5pm:

    • General physical conditioning – warm-up & cool down exercises, cardiovascular / endurance exercises, strengthening & flexibility exercises

  • 5pm - 6.30pm:

    • Basic strokes – including proper grip, a swing of the racket, follow-through, using full-body motion through, racket and shuttlecock point of contact, how to serve & return

    • Basic footwork and stroke combination

CANCELLATION

MUST schedule 24 Hours before scheduled lesson to be able to reschedule for make-up class. No credit. No refund.

COVID-19 AWARENESS

We will close our facility between 4 to 7 pm during the weekdays, and 8 am to 1 pm on the weekend to the public to reserve the gym for training purpose only. We only allow up to 8 trainees per session for each session. Each day, our staff will take the temperature of everyone who enters the gym with an infrared touch-less thermometer. Please note that anyone with a temperature >100˚F will be turned away for safety measures so parents, do not leave immediately after dropping your child(ren) off until they have been checked. If possible, please check you and your child(ren) temperature before bringing them to the facility. In addition, if anyone is sick in the household, we ask that you or your child(ren) stay at home until they have fully recovered.

New Rules and Regulation

The $15 non-refundable required registration fee is due upon registration for each student each semester. Please add the registration package along with the training package. We will be using 2 courts during the training to ensure social distancing if 5 trainees or more sign up for the session. All courts and training equipment will be disinfected after each lessons, please bring your own racket and water bottle for the training. Please sign up for the Game Day package if you would like your child to compete while having fun playing with other children every Saturday for 2 hours, from 6:30 - 8:30 pm. The training will be 2 hours with 4 courts. The tuition is due on the first day of the session. Discounts do not apply to the signup fee. The 5% Sibling Discount only applies to the lesser of at least two full session tuition. 

  1. The Gym will be closed to the public from 4 pm to 6.30 pm during the weekday for training purposes only; 9:30 am to 2 pm during the weekend. 

  2. The entire gym and all training equipment will be disinfected after each training session.

  3. Motion sensor hand sanitizer and hand soap have been installed in the high traffic area.

  4. We combine Level 1 - 4 for regular Jr. group training and limit 16 people max per session with 4 courts for 2 hours of training.

Refund Policies

Withdrawal: 100% refundable of tuition before Sept. 10, 2022; 50% refundable of tuition before Sept. 30, 2022. Not refundable after Oct. 1, 2022. The $15 registration fee is non-refundable.
